Job Summary:

The Technical Architect (Data) will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services. The role involves architecting end-to-end data pipelines, overseeing migration from on-prem to cloud, and ensuring modern data warehousing and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver Azure-based data solutions using
    Microsoft Fabric
    (Lakehouses, Real-Time Analytics, DirectLake, Semantic Layer).
  • Lead
    on-prem to cloud data migrations
    and full lifecycle data architecture projects.
  • Design
    batch and streaming pipelines
    using
    Azure Data Factory
    ,
    Databricks
    , and
    Kafka
    .
  • Implement
    data models
    ,
    security standards
    , and
    data governance
    (encryption, auditing, masking, privacy).
  • Integrate
    DevOps practices
    using
    Git, CI/CD
    , and
    IaC (Terraform/ARM)
    .

Azure Data Factory, Databricks (PySpark/Spark SQL), Synapse, ADLS Gen2
