Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

The HR & Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support overall HR functions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and can effectively collaborate with multiple departments to meet hiring and HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.


• Support HR initiatives: employee engagement, training, and performance management.


• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment needs.


• Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, and MS Office.


• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.


• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.


• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


• Prior experience in recruitment and general HR functions is preferred.
