Role Overview: As a BIM Modeler - Electrical at REC High Rise department in Chennai, you will collaborate closely with the Electrical Lead Engineer to produce high-quality drawings for electrical building services design packages. Your primary tasks will involve creating lighting layouts, power routing diagrams, schematic diagrams, and fire alarm layouts using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving clashes with other disciplines to ensure the delivery of top-notch outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare lighting layouts, power routing diagrams, schematic diagrams, and fire alarm layouts using BIM software. - Collaborate with the Electrical Lead Engineer to ensure the quality of electrical building services design packages. - Monitor and resolve clashes with other disciplines to guarantee high-quality deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical system modeling, preferably on international projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Solibri, and Navisworks. - Strong command of the English language. - Experience with European projects, especially in Denmark, is advantageous.
