Position Overview We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler with proven experience in delivering USA and UK-based projects. The candidate should be proficient in Revit Structures, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with a strong understanding of U.S. and U.K. building codes, standards, and project delivery methods. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across time zones to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible models. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage structural BIM models in Revit for U.S. and U.K. commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. - Interpret and apply U.S. codes (ACI, AISC, ASTM, ASCE) and U.K. standards (BS, Eurocodes, BRE, BSI PAS 1192). - Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes. - Produce general arrangement drawings, reinforcement detailing, and steel/concrete shop drawings as per U.S. and U.K. standards. - Support LOD 300–400 model development for design, coordination, and construction documentation. - Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar tools. - Maintain compliance with ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 and client-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). - Assist in quantity take-offs, schedules, and construction sequencing. - Collaborate with international clients, consultants, and contractors in real-time. Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. - 3–6 years of BIM modeling experience, with at least 2+ years on U.S. and/or U.K. projects. - Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus. - Familiarity with U.S. (ACI, AISC, ASCE, ASTM) and U.K. (BS, Eurocodes, BRE, PAS 1192) structural standards. - Experience in steel and concrete detailing for international projects. - Ability to work with global teams across time zones. - Strong communication and documentation skills in English Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud). - Knowledge of U.S. and U.K. construction practices, RFI processes, and submittals. - Experience with structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD. Pro, or SAP2000) is an advantage. - Certification in Autodesk Revit / BIM Management preferred.
