Position location: Mumbai, Bangalore  The selected candidate will be responsible for: Developing models and drawings, quantities take off/ SchedulesUnderstanding client requirements and standards for developing models, details and drawings.Ensuring QC process is being followed, delivery to the right quality and timelinesStandardizing workflows based on the project requirements and managing electronic informationCoordination with BIM coordinators and Project ManagersPromotes standardization of components and processesCandidate Specification:ITI in respective Engineering discipline. Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage. 5-8 years of experience in the field of Modelling and detailing.Experience in Energy/power projects would be an advantageExperience in other sector can be considered if the candidate has expertise in modelling and detailing of RCC and structural steel structures.Should be well conversant with 2D/3D modelling using CADS RC, AutoCAD and Revit.
