Job Title: Sales Manager Bancassurance Channel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of insurance products through Bancassurance partners (banks).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, staff, and partner stakeholders.
  • Train and motivate bank branch teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage branch activations, lead generation, and conversion of leads into

  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and submit regular MIS/reports.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
