Job Description :

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our company's digital presence and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that captivate our target audience and drive lead generation.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all
  
  channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.)

• Manage and optimize our company's digital presence, including website, social media, and online platforms.

• Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing ideas that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

• Lead management: generate, nurture, and convert leads through targeted campaigns and personalized communication.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.

• Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Don't be afraid to get involved in sales – we're looking for someone who's comfortable communicating the value proposition to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities (Digital Media) :

• Manage and optimize our company's website for user experience and conversion.

• Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.

• Create and curate high-quality content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive lead generation and conversion.

• Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, campaign management, and digital media management.

• Proven track record of innovative marketing ideas that drive results.

• Experience with lead management tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with potential customers.

• Comfortable with sales and willing to contribute to lead conversion efforts.
