About the role:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with the team to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The territory for this role includes specific mid-sized client accounts.

What you'll do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with new organizations

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting through close

Convert viable prospects to active clients , leading the full sales conversation and negotiation

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

1-3 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in sales

Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen

Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred
