Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Manager located in Nagpur. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives, setting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the training and development of the telesales team, monitoring team performance, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales and team management
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set sales targets, motivate team members, and achieve results
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Experience in the renewable energy or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
