Tellecaller for Leasline

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make calls to potential clients to promote our leasing services and products.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify potential leads, assess their requirements, and ensure they match with available leasing options.
- **Customer Support**: Provide accurate information to clients, resolve queries related to lease terms, conditions, and processes.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with leads to convert inquiries into active customers.
- **Reporting**: Report daily/weekly/monthly sales figures and performance metrics to the team leader or manager.

**Education**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: High School / Graduation.
- **Preferred Qualification**: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing, especially in leasing, real estate, or finance, is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Fluency in [mention languages as needed].
