Quality Control Manager – MEP & HVAC | Bengaluru

We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager – MEP & HVAC to lead quality audits, process implementation, and testing & commissioning activities across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP systems, HVAC installations, and site quality assurance, with a passion for driving excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and implement quality standards, SOPs, and checklists for MEP and HVAC activities.

Conduct site quality audits, review design documentation, BOQs, and handover processes.

Oversee testing and commissioning of systems like chillers, AHUs, VRFs, and ducting.

Identify gaps, root causes, and process improvements to enhance quality performance.

Develop project scorecards and monitor site-level performance.

Conduct training sessions for internal teams and vendor partners on quality protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt new technology and equipment.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineer with 6–10 years of experience in MEP/HVAC quality management or project execution.

Strong technical understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety systems.

Experience in commercial / hospitality / residential / retail projects preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
