Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
MEP Supervisor
to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for our residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site teams and contractors effectively to ensure timely completion and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all
    MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
    site activities.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Plan, monitor, and track daily site progress to ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Coordinate between civil and MEP teams to avoid design or execution conflicts.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure MEP works meet quality and safety standards.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants for material approvals and technical clarifications.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
  • Identify potential issues and provide technical solutions on-site.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    3–4 years
    of experience in MEP supervision for
    residential and commercial construction
    projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and MEP layouts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
