Eatopia is a fast-growing restaurant and food services company with diverse brands under its umbrella, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can lead our finance operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis


• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.


• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.


• Track KPIs and prepare MIS reports for leadership.

Accounting & Compliance


• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.


• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and reconciliations.


• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC, etc.).


• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Cost & Revenue Management


• Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overheads across outlets.


• Implement cost control measures without compromising quality.


• Conduct outlet-wise profitability analysis and recommend improvements.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management


• Manage daily cash flow and working capital requirements.


• Oversee fund allocation across outlets and central kitchen.


• Liaise with banks for loans, credit facilities, and other financial services.

Systems & Process Improvement


• Implement and optimize finance-related processes in ERP/HRMS.


• Ensure robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.


• Automate financial reporting for faster decision-making.

Team Management


• Supervise and guide the finance team in day-to-day operations.


• Provide training and mentorship to junior finance staff.

Key Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Commerce; MBA (Finance) / CA preferred.


• 7–10 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality, QSR, or F&B industry.


• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.


• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Excel; knowledge of HRMS integration is a plus.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
