Job Title: Manager - Finance

Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai

Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Accounts Finalization

  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS and Companies Act requirements.

  3. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts with complete accuracy.
  4. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and lead audit processes. Regulatory & Tax Compliance
  5. Ensure timely filing and compliance with all statutory requirements under Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
  6. Prepare tax computations, returns, and handle assessments or audits by tax authorities.

  7. Implement updates in regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company.

  8. ERP & Systems

  9. Leverage Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for accounting, reporting, and control processes.

  10. Ensure accurate mapping of transactions in the ERP and support automation and system improvements.

  11. Compliance for Listed Entity

  12. Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, Companies Act disclosures, and other listing requirements.

  13. Assist in preparation and review of quarterly results, board presentations, and investor documents.

  14. Internal Controls & Process Improvements

  15. Strengthen internal controls and standard operating procedures across finance functions.

  16. Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Experience: 5-7 years in financial reporting, audits, and compliance in a listed entity

Accounting Standards: Deep expertise in Ind AS, Schedule III, and Companies Act

Taxation: Hands-on knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax laws and their compliance

ERP: Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work under

Deadlines, and team leadership

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in an IT services, manufacturing, or mid-sized listed company
  • Exposure to internal audits, IFC, and board-level reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
