Role Overview

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms and optimize overall brand visibility. This role demands expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics tools, and content strategy, along with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
    Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    .
  • Develop and manage
    SEO strategies
    (on-page & off-page) to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track performance using
    Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, SEMrush
    .
  • Implement link-building strategies and oversee blog posting to enhance organic growth.
  • Manage and update content on
    WordPress websites
    , ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Handle
    pixel tracking & integration
    across platforms for accurate conversion reporting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing with overall business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on expertise in
Performance Marketing
(Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Strong knowledge of
SEO tools & best practices
(Analytics, GTM, GSC, SEMrush).

Proven experience in
link-building & content/blog posting strategies
.

Working knowledge of
WordPress & pixel tracking
.

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Strong communication & project management skills.

Minimum
3–5 years
of relevant digital marketing experience.

Candidate Preferences

  • Experience:
    5–9 years in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
  • Education:
    Master's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related)
  • Language:
    Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Location:
    Open to candidates across India (must be willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab).
