Key responsibilities include developing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance using data and analytics, staying updated on digital trends, and collaborating with internal or external teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement long-term digital marketing strategies and short-term advertising campaigns to meet company goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using data and analytics, generating reports to inform future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and work with agencies or internal teams to optimize spending and ROI.
  • Content Creation & Oversight: Collaborate on creating and strategizing content for emails, social media, and other digital communications.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and implement new research and tools into campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is common.
  • Experience: Practical experience and a strong portfolio of digital marketing work are often valued over formal education.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, photo editing software, and MS Office Suite.
