  • Proven experience in money recovery from debtors/clients.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to better assist clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within the client base.
  • Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work from the Kamla Nagar corporate office.
