- Female candidates preferred for the Client/Customer Relationship Manager role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client or customer relationship management, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
- Proven experience in money recovery from debtors/clients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to better assist clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to address customer needs effectively.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within the client base.
- Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work from the Kamla Nagar corporate office.
