Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion

  • Reach out to inbound/outbound leads through calls, emails, and chats
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries to improve customer satisfaction
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure product usage and feedback

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports using CRM tools
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions

Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on product offerings, features, and pricing
  • Effectively communicate USPs and benefits of the product to customers
  • Prepare daily sales reports

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer service is preferred
