We are looking for a skilled Assistant Revenue Manager to join our team at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and experience with revenue management principles.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control room revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
