Our mission is to deliver a transparent, hassle-free experience that maximizes rental income for property owners while ensuring tenants feel secure and supported.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating rental agreements. They will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and providing excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
- Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle legal and maintenance support queries
- Familiarity with property management and real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
