Role & responsibilities

Required Mgr Promo Material & Packaging Development

Location - Mumbai

Mandatory - Required from only Pharma Industry only

Promotional Materials:

Maintain an organized archive of all promotional inputs, categorized brand-wise across all regions.

Systematically archive photos and documentation related to activities such as ACME, Peidcon, and MD Club.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including artists, graphic designers, printers, and vendors to ensure all promotional materials align with brand guidelines.

Provide support to the marketing team for campaigns, medical camps, and product launches.

Packaging Support:

Develop new product packaging designs for all regions in collaboration with internal teams or external design agencies.

Liaise with the packaging department to facilitate the creation of material codes.

Review and validate packaging proofs to ensure accuracy and brand consistency before final printing.

Ensure all packaging complies with brand identity standards and meets regulatory

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of branding principles.

Vendor negotiation and budget management experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Effective communication and leadership qualities.

Attention to detail and quality-focused.

Knowledge of current trends in sustainable packaging and anti-counterfeiting technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

IIP ( Indian Institute of Packaging) or Similar courses. in Packaging Technology.
