Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using various platforms: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to evaluate candidates' fit.
- Manage candidate database (ATS/Excel/CRM) and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions within agreed SLAs.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
- Share weekly and monthly recruitment reports with management. Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and hiring best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
