**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Data Entry Operator** with strong **Excel skills** and a commitment to **data accuracy**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in databases and spreadsheets while ensuring high precision and efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work with large datasets, and a keen eye for detecting and correcting errors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately enter and update data into Excel spreadsheets and databases.

  • Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

  • Perform regular data cleaning and validation to maintain accuracy.

  • Use **Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, etc.)** to organize and analyze data.

  • Generate reports and summaries from datasets as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

  • Follow data entry protocols and company guidelines.

  • Assist in improving data management processes for efficiency.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a **Data Entry Operator** or similar role.

  • **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, functions, data validation).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to **data accuracy**.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

  • Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a bonus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software.
