Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Input and update data into company systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Review and correct errors in data entries to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Organize and manage data files to ensure proper storage and retrieval.
- Conduct regular data backups and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or incomplete data.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
- Experience in working with large datasets or CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently under tight deadlines.
