**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into Excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Perform regular data cleaning and validation to maintain accuracy.
- Use **Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, etc.)** to organize and analyze data.
- Generate reports and summaries from datasets as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Follow data entry protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist in improving data management processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Data Entry Operator** or similar role.
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, functions, data validation).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to **data accuracy**.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a bonus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software.
