Job Title: Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales of company products within the assigned geographic region.
  • Follow up with prospective clients in coordination with the Marketing Follow-up Team to close deals effectively.
  • Retain and grow existing customer accounts by offering customized product solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling and implementing other marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share in the assigned area.
  • Handle direct B2B sales, specifically for industrial products.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Own a 4-wheeler or 2-wheeler and a laptop – both are mandatory for field work.

Qualities & Skills Required:

  • Sound knowledge of residential and commercial markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Proven track record in direct B2B sales, ideally within the industrial products sector.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with field-based work.
