Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Khandala. The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality standards in manufacturing and production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Key tasks include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, overseeing inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with other departments to promote and maintain a culture of quality. The role requires proactive leadership and a focus on continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and implementing quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing processes, including industry-specific standards
  • Leadership abilities to manage teams, train personnel, and promote a quality-focused culture
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to textile manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) are an advantage
