Job Title: Quality Engineer.

Department: Quality.

Location: Shirwal, Tal- Khandala, Dist.- Satara.

No of vacancies: - 5

Salary Range: 30K TO 35K.

Qualifications: DME/ BE Mechanical or Automobile Engineer. (Knowledge of drafting and specification standards).

Experience: 0- 3 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

1.Quality Control: Assist in conducting inspections as per meet by drawings & standards.

2.Defect Tracking: Help identify, document and track defects or non-conformities & reduced PPM.

3.Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.

4.Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to Quality activities.

5.Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams, including production engineering and Quality Assurance.

Skills:

1.Quality management systems (Ex- ISO 9001:2015)

2.Quality control tools (Ex- Root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, MSA, SPC)

3.Auditing and inspection techniques.

4.Know about GD & T parameters.

5.Know about part inspection sampling plan as per standard.

6.Conducting in process & supplier audits.

7.Prepared PPAP documents.

8.Conducting technical reviews / TFR activities.

Specific Tasks:

1.Conducting inspections and tests: Verify products against specifications and standards.

2.Analyze Data: Help analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
