Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MBA Fresher located in Jammu. The MBA Fresher will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with different teams to enhance overall business operations. The role will also involve client interactions, project management, and contributing to the company's growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Analytical skills, including data analysis and market research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team collaboration and project management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Previous internship or industry experience is a plus
