Business Development Manager-Franchisee(Bhubaneshwar)

Business Development Manager is responsible for end to end franchisee servicing.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Growth: Develop strategies to boost revenue, implement
marketing plans and help the franchisees generate revenue.Regular visits to
franchisee partners.
Operations & Compliance: Enforce company policies, maintain brand
standards, ensure consistent service across franchisees.
Franchisee Support: Act as a primary contact for franchisees, provide
training, help troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance for new setups.
.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with franchise owners,
acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred).
Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service
industry.
Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data
analysis, and strong presentation.
Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel.vRole & responsibilities
