Senior Data Analyst
to be the analytical brain behind Eternz's growth strategy.

We're redefining how India buys jewelry.
Eternz is India's #1 jewelry marketplace with 200+ premium brands - pioneering quick-commerce for jewelry with same-day and 4-hour delivery. Fresh off our Pre-Series A funding, we're building in a $94B+ category going digital. This is a rare chance to shape how 1.4 billion people discover and buy jewelry.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
You'll turn raw data into actionable insights that drive real business impact. This isn't just dashboards - it's becoming the analytical partner to leadership and helping us make smarter, faster decisions.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
→ Build advanced data models, dashboards, and reports that drive business decisions
→ Perform deep-dive analysis - cohort studies, funnel optimization, customer behavior
→ Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and leadership teams on data-driven strategies → Ensure data quality, governance, and best-practice analytics processes
→ Mentor junior analysts and raise the data-analytics bar within the team
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐈'𝐦 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
→ 4-8 years in data analytics (e-commerce/marketplace/consumer tech preferred)
→ Expert-level SQL and strong Python/R skills
→ Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
→ Deep understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design
→ Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
→ Experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle categories
→ Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap
→ Familiarity with BigQuery, Redshift, or cloud data platforms
→ Experience building predictive models
