I'm looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be the analytical brain behind Eternz's growth strategy.About EternzWe're redefining how India buys jewelry.Eternz is India's #1 jewelry marketplace with 200+ premium brands - pioneering quick-commerce for jewelry with same-day and 4-hour delivery. Fresh off our Pre-Series A funding, we're building in a $94 B+ category going digital. This is a rare chance to shape how 1.4 billion people discover and buy jewelry.You'll turn raw data into actionable insights that drive real business impact. This isn't just dashboards - it's becoming the analytical partner to leadership and helping us make smarter, faster decisions.' :→ Build advanced data models, dashboards, and reports that drive business decisions→ Perform deep-dive analysis - cohort studies, funnel optimization, customer behavior→ Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and leadership teams on data-driven strategies → Ensure data quality, governance, and best-practice analytics processes→ Mentor junior analysts and raise the data-analytics bar within the team':→ 4-8 years in data analytics (e-commerce/marketplace/consumer tech preferred)→ Expert-level SQL and strong Python/R skills→ Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)→ Deep understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design→ Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes:→ Experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle categories→ Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap→ Familiarity with Big Query, Redshift, or cloud data platforms→ Experience building predictive models:→ Business-first - insights mean nothing without action→ Curiosity-driven - you dig deeper when numbers don't make sense→ Communication pro - you make complex analysis simple and compelling→ Ownership mentality - you treat business outcomes as your responsibility→ Scrappy and resourceful with available data'→ Your insights will directly shape Eternz's strategy and trajectory→ Work directly with founder and leadership as their analytical partner→ Build and scale the data function from ground up→ Fast career growth in a high-growth startup→ Competitive salary, equity, and health insurance→ No hierarchy, no politics - pure meritocracyWe're early-stage.
