Job description We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and promoting our products/services. You should be an excellent communicator with strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle rejections positively. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold databases.Explain products or services in detail to potential customers.Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.Maintain a database of customer information and update contact details regularly.Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.Maintain records of telephonic interactions and report to the supervisor.Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions).Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Proven ability to convert cold calls into confirmed collaborations.Knowledge of SaaS product selling and subscription models.Proficiency in using CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Target -oriented and self -driven with a positive attitude.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Good computer skills and experience with CRM tools (preferred).Self -motivated with a results -driven approach.Language proficiency as required Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package ​ Contact Person: Sureka / Mary HR Executive Email id: ;\/span>
