Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a New Program Quality Manager. The New Program Quality Manager will oversee the quality systems for new aerospace programs, ensuring compliance with global industry standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, reviewing quality documentation, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, and Compliance
  • Knowledge in Aerospace Manufacturing Processes, Machining, and Assembly Integration
  • Skills in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Continuous Improvement
  • Strong abilities in Coordination with Cross-functional Teams and Stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Quality Management (preferred)
