Program Manager, New Initiatives

We're looking for a Program Manager to drive initiatives around Target Group (TG) expansion at Seekho. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to identify new audience segments and design programs that accelerate growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence how millions of learners discover and engage with Seekho.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new TG segments to expand Seekho's reach.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives for audience growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams to execute end-to-end initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate strategies for maximum impact.
  • Drive execution excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A bias toward action, ownership, and execution in fast-paced setups.
