Office Executive Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Executive to manage our existing members, oversee new employee hiring, and conduct training programs as per company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee engagement, recruitment, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with existing employees, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Monitor employee performance and provide necessary support.
Identify staffing needs and coordinate the hiring process.
Develop and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final selection with management.
Handle onboarding formalities for new employees.
Organize and conduct training sessions for new hires based on company policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are well-informed about company culture, policies, and job responsibilities.
Arrange periodic training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Assist in day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Support HR functions related to payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Requirements:
Qualification: HS or above
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage recruitment and employee relations efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
