You will play a key role in managing customer expectations, driving project execution, and contributing to account growth. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of the e-learning domain, adult learning principles, and strong project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans based on client requirements. Ensure delivery of projects with high quality and customer satisfaction. Manage delivery timelines and project completion within allocated budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Media teams. Facilitate effective communication between the client, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Provide timely, structured, and constructive feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Drive innovation aligned to organizational goals:Cost optimization
Productivity improvement
Quality enhancement
Resolve day-to-day team issues including resource allocation, scheduling, leave management, and conflict resolution. Prepare and share billing and MIS reports with clients and leadership. Coordinate with external vendors and contractual resources to ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
Optimize resource utilization (team bandwidth, tools, vendors) to maintain cost-effectiveness. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.8+ years of experience in the e-learning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions.5+ years of hands-on project management experience in learning and development. Proven experience managing teams of 15+ across the full project lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Instructional Design is a strong plus.
PMI or similar Project Management certification is highly desirable.
