Position Overview

The Management Trainee program at Sat Kartar Shopping Ltd is designed to groom fresh graduates into future leaders. Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across assigned departments.
  • Participate in structured training modules covering functional, technical, and soft skills.
  • Assist senior management in analysis, planning, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and deliver presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Learn and comply with company policies, procedures, and business strategies.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech Graduate (Freshers preferred).
  • Experience: 0–1 year.
  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Strong personality with a confident and professional presence.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
