Preferred Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic, confident, and highly motivated BTech (pursuing / graduated) individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in various business functions and kick-start their corporate career.

Key Responsibilities:  Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)  Support the team in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms  Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager  Research market trends and competitor strategies to suggest optimizations  Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency  Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences  Help in building and maintaining paid ad campaigns across platforms  Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Key Requirements:  B. Tech Graduate preferred  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  Confident personality with a strong desire to learn and grow  Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts  Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools is a plus  Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel skills  Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any relevant field  Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks  Immediate availability preferred What We Offer:  Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment  Exposure to various departments and real-time business challenges  Mentorship from experienced professionals  Career progression opportunities based on performance
