Position: Sales & Business Development Manager – Call Center / BPO Process
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Bhopal
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead Sales and Business Development initiatives for our Call Center/BPO operations (Domestic and International). The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, client relationship management, and revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Domestic and International BPO/Call Center markets.
- Generate leads through networking, online platforms, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle — from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Collaborate with internal operations and delivery teams to align sales with capability and capacity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in BPO / Call Center sales (Domestic & International).
- Strong understanding of Inbound / Outbound / Tech Support / Customer Service / Tele-Sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative selling approach.
- Ability to handle corporate clients and close high-value deals.
- Experience in preparing business proposals, RFPs, and pricing models.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and online lead generation platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
