andidate should Independently

  • Operate CNC machines like Mazak,DMG MORI
  • Twin Spindle machines like Tsugami and Tornos
  • Conventional machines and SPM's

Should be able to

  • Give Insert / Work Offset in CNC machines
  • Change the tools and Do Tool setting in CNC Machines
  • To do Tool life monitoring
  • Follow machine SOP and checklist
  • Follow Safety practices
  • Should be able to handle Vernier , Micrometer and attribute gauges to assure process Quality

Candidates with ENGINEERING GRADUATE/ Diploma / ITI/+2 with 1 -3 years working experience in CNC Machining is preferred.

Candidates with 12th/ Diploma / ITI with minimum one year / Fresher can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month

In this role person is responsible for operating the machine and devices used for laser purposes. Should be with a dedicated, supportive team to ensure maximum production line efficiency while operating state-of-the-art laser technology.

Job Description:

  • Access programs, set tools, operate, and troubleshoot laser machines
  • Interpret and carry out work orders, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions
  • Perform daily machine maintenance
  • Shift metal onto and off machine
  • Work with technicians employed by machine's proprietor
  • Set up machinery based on work orders
  • Perform quality checks on parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and squares
  • Clean and organize workstation.

Qualifications:

  • Sheet metal fabrication knowledge
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude
  • Able to pass print reading, measurement, and fraction/decimal conversion tests
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with sheet laser or tube laser machines
