**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines** as per production requirements.
- Interpret **technical drawings, blueprints and CAD/CAM files** to ensure accurate machining.
- Select appropriate **tools, speeds and feeds** for different materials and operations.
- Conduct **quality checks** using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
- Perform routine **machine maintenance** and ensure proper functioning of CNC equipment.
- Troubleshoot **machine errors and adjust settings** to maintain precision and efficiency.
- Maintain **production records and documentation** for quality control.
- Follow **safety guidelines and company procedures** to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- **4-5 years** of experience operating **CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, etc.)**:

- Strong knowledge of **G-code, M-code and CNC programming** basics.
- Ability to **read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics**.
- Experience with **measuring tools** (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Understanding of **tool selection, cutting parameters and material properties**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced manufacturing environment**.
- Strong attention to detail and **problem-solving skills**.
- Willingness to work in **shifts**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certification in **Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field**.
- Experience with **CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.)** is an advantage.
- Prior experience in **precision machining or automotive/aerospace manufacturing** is a plus.
