JD For the Position of Manager (Dispatch & Logistic)

 Dispatch Operations:

Manage and oversee scheduling, routing, and tracking of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient order

fulfilment.

 Coordination:

Liaise with production, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and timely material

delivery.

 Route Optimization:

Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs, maximize efficiency, and reduce delivery times.

 Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure sufficient stock is available for

dispatch.

 Issue Resolution:

Professionally and promptly resolve delivery-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, and customer

complaints.

 Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve dispatch operations and enhance

customer satisfaction.

 Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and develop a team of dispatch personnel to ensure high performance and productivity.

 Process Improvement:

Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and best

practices.
