Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, coordinating with warehouse staff, ensuring quality control, and optimizing logistics processes. The role includes supervising shipping and receiving functions, handling customer inquiries, and streamlining workflow to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations skills
  • Experience in Quality Control and Process Optimization
  • Strong Organizational and Supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Logistics Software and E-commerce platforms
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics management is a plus
