Role & responsibilities :

  1. Land, acquisition of land and regulations thereof such as development plans, land-use change etc.
  2. Regulations related to development of land such as independent plots, constructed properties etc. such as Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034 applicable to Greater Mumbai, Integrated Township Policy (ITP), RERA etc.
  3. Environment and social regulations such as Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Rules, 2006
  4. Planning and design of real estate projects such as residential and commercial developments, warehousing etc.
  5. Project planning, work-breakdown structure, and other key aspects of project management
  6. Evaluating project costs
  7. Evaluating markets to understand what the right product mix could be, competitive pricing, leading developers across key cities etc.

Preferred candidate profile :

  1. Graduates preferably with PG from NICMAR in the area of quantity surveying and real estate development
  2. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year experience are fine
  3. Good computer skills in using software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite etc.
