Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager - Property Valuation, located in Mumbai. The role involves leading and managing property valuation projects, offering technical support, and conducting in-depth research and development (R&D) for real estate valuations. The Technical Manager will oversee project management tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and guide a team to ensure project success. Responsibilities also include developing accurate property assessments and maintaining high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, interpreting market trends, and ensuring precise property valuations
  • Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and guide team members effectively
  • Proficiency in Technical Support processes relevant to property valuation systems and tools
  • Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) with attention to detail in conducting feasibility studies
  • Project Management skills to oversee timelines, coordinate deliverables, and meet goals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience working in the real estate or property valuation industry is highly desirable
