Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SME Manager (Field Sales) located in Navi Mumbai. The SME Manager will oversee client acquisition and relationship management within the SME segment. Responsibilities include developing business plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets, managing and analysing market trends, ensuring outstanding customer service, and conducting regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients. The role also requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills to strategise and attain growth objectives.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, gather client insights, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work on-site and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic field sales environment.
  • Relevant experience in B2C sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity solutions, is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
