About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic
Robotics & Coding Trainer
who loves working with children and can make learning fun, engaging, and hands-on. You will teach coding, robotics, STEM concepts, and help students build real projects using modern tools and kits.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Robotics & Coding classes for kids (Age 6–16).
  • Teach basic to intermediate programming concepts (Scratch, Python basics, block coding).
  • Guide students in assembling and programming robots using robotics kits.
  • Create fun, interactive lesson plans and project-based activities.
  • Motivate students and encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain class discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Support students during competitions, exhibitions, and project showcases.
  • Track student progress and share feedback with parents.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of
    Robotics, Electronics basics, Coding (Scratch/Python)
    .
  • Experience teaching kids (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for children.
  • Creative mindset and passion for STEM education.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a kid-friendly attitude.
  • Graduate in Engineering/Science/Computer Science (preferred).
