1. Master Trainer (70 Posts)
Location: All over Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on training in IoT, AI/ML, Robotics, and 3D Printing.
Design, develop, and update curriculum aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
Conduct student assessments, project mentoring, and innovation activities.
Organize workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and prototype demonstrations.
Maintain training equipment, labs, and software environments.
Eligibility Criteria
UG/PG in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields).
Experience: 0–5 years in training, R&D, or product development.
Strong knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT Cloud Platforms, AI/ML tools, and 3D Design Software (Fusion 360, Cura, etc.).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
Special Opportunity: Training of Trainers (ToT) Program
All selected candidates will undergo a 2-Month ToT Program at our Innovation Centre, focusing on:
Industry 4.0 tools and applications
Pedagogical and technical delivery skills
Prototype building and real-world case studies
Placement Guarantee: Successful candidates will be offered placement after completion of the ToT program.
