About the Role

BICARD is looking for an
Embedded AI Trainer
to join our growing technical training division in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying and training
Machine Learning models on embedded or edge devices
, with a strong foundation in embedded programming and AI model optimization. This role involves
teaching, mentoring, and creating training materials
for students and corporate professionals working on next-generation
AI-enabled embedded systems
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on
    Embedded AI, ML model deployment, and Edge AI applications
    .
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive
    training modules, projects, and hands-on labs
    .
  • Guide students on deploying AI models on
    STM32, Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar edge hardware
    .
  • Collaborate with the R&D and curriculum teams to keep the syllabus aligned with
    Industry 4.0
    requirements.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide technical mentorship throughout the training period.
  • Demonstrate best practices in
    model quantization, pruning, and optimization
    for low-power embedded devices.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong programming expertise in
    Python, C, and C++
    .
  • Experience with
    TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, or ONNX Runtime
    for edge deployment.
  • Solid understanding of
    embedded systems architecture, firmware development, and real-time constraints
    (memory, compute, power).
  • Familiarity with
    IoT devices, sensor integration, and microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32)
    .
  • Experience evaluating
    model accuracy and latency in real-world embedded environments
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of industry or academic experience
    in AI/ML or Embedded Systems.
  • Prior experience as a
    trainer, mentor, or instructor
    will be an added advantage.
